                                                                                                                           A little bit about our crew!

Dot who had the vision for Belize Outreach, has been connected with missions in Belize since 1982 ( See How It All Began ) .Her commitment to serving Jesus was much earlier in life and has always been opened to ministering to anyone, as led by the Lord. She was a member of Mt. Zion Chapel in Wells, Maine for many years.

Dots love of the Lord is obvious to anyone who meets her.

Dennis, who was blessed with having Dot as his wife since 1981, was saved when he was 12 (a wee bit older now!), but backslid until 1976. During a battle in his life in 1976, he turned to Jesus for forgiveness and a renewed desire to serve him. His grace is amazing!

Since then he has served as Sunday school teacher, commander and later Sr. Commander of Outpost 10 of the NNE District of the Royal Rangers (a Christian boys group modeled after boy scout training) but with its main purpose being to REACH, TEACH and KEEP boys for Jesus Christ. He was a former member and deacon with Mt Zion Chapel in wells, Maine and at the time the only honoree member of Bethel Assembly of God in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Ron is a elder of Community Christian Fellowship (CCF) in Garden Valley, Texas and is on the board of directors since it was incorporated.He and his wife Kathy served in Belize in the Cayo district for a year after they were first married. He was also part of the first team to go to Belize sponsored by Belize outreach. He is a Godly man who has served Jesus well.

Rose is a native of Belize.She did a Discipleship Training course (DTS) at the YWAM base in  Belize, a number of years back. She has served as a teacher in pre-school. She has a dedicated love for the Lord and her fellow Belizians. She is our missions specialist because of  her background and her knowledge of the ethnic diversities in Belize and she is very helpful in making contact with other people in Belize.As that is the first step in  ministering or leading someone to Jesus.She is a longtime member of  Philadelphia Church in the Cayo  District of Belize as well as a respected resident of her village (Tea Kettle Village) in the Cayo District. Rose has been here in the US, a number of times serving Belize Outreach, here, as well as in  Belize.

We also have two members of Belize Outreach.

Bill Bell is an owner of a business  in Tyler, Texas.  He has served the Lord for many years in his church and has taught in a large Mens weekly Bible study. Dot and I (Dennis) first met Bill on our way to Belize when we were fist accepted on staff at YWAM Belize. We had a vehicle problem and he was as very helpful and to our surprise (as we had just met him) made a very nice donation to our mission journey.Since then, we have gotten to know bill and value his friendship and advice very much. Carolyn Harvey loves the Lord very much and has agreed to serve as a member of Belize outreach. More about Carolyn at a later update.

The purpose of having members is to have their advice on how Belize Outreach reaches Belize.
